The Case Managed Rescue Fund for West Dayton (Ohio) residents is a program funded in part by the City of Dayton and the CityWide Development Corporation. The fund provides “Forgivable Loans” or “Conditional Grants” to qualified persons who face eviction or foreclosure or need assistance with their deposits.
